RUMOR - Epic Mickey to feature classic Disney cartoons in their entirety
Here’s a very interesting bit of information about Epic Mickey. It turns out that in the latest demo build of the game, Mickey can be seen collecting a film reel. That reel was titled ‘Mickey and the Beanstalk’. We all know that there’s some inspiration from that classic Mickey episode in the game itself, but the film reel appearance lead many to wonder if the cartoon itself would be viewable in the game.
When Spector was asked about this, he said it would be a great idea, and then quickly said that he had to move onto the next question. When the room full of journalists chuckled at Spector’s seemingly vague answer, Spector once again said that they had to move onto the next question right away. Quite a strange reaction, isn’t... Space Trek - review
A portion of a WiiLoveIt review…
This game really exemplifies how some developers view the service: a dumping ground for poorly-executed ports just to get a quick buck. Space Trek is an awful, awful WiiWare game that shouldn’t even be on the service at all. Unless you want to be forever haunted by your experience with this game, head into outer space instead and stay far away from this bomb.

A portion of a DS-X2 interview with VBlank Entertainment…
DS-X2: WiiWare and other digital distribution channels are often regarded as “limited”. Did you encounter any limitations with Retro City Rampage or do you foresee any problems with your ambitions for future titles?
VB: The only limitations I see with the downloadable platforms are their inaccessibility to those without internet connections (though in this day and age, that’s hardly an issue), and lack of a retail box for framing on my wall. But the second too was solved as I had boxes printed myself, haha.
DS-X2: You have announced that December will be a possible release date (for Retro City Rampage); do you have any idea on a more... [Read More]

While actually having play time with the game will make this a more enjoyable listen, game music fans (and soundtrack listeners in general) who haven`t journeyed into the world of Monster Hunter 3(Tri) should also enjoy this album for all of its fantastic qualities.

LucasArts - Story comes first in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, but gameplay goes hand-in-hand
`Story comes first, but the story and gameplay are there to service each other “ the story services gameplay, and the gameplay services story. But at the top of it all we just want to tell a compelling story and that`s how it`s always been. It`s one of our tenets at LucasArts, and it`s stemmed from the old days. It`s always been about a good story and good gameplay to support it! And that`s especially true of this franchise.` - Brett Rector, producer
I guess it’s time for me to get in there and finish the first game! I have such a huge backlog, and with the sequel to Force Unleashed sneaking up on us, I want to make sure I’m good to go on day one! I’m definitely in it for the story, as I’m quite the Star Wars... [Read More]
